Not 100% sure but don't think it is the door blend actuator because when I crawled under the dash it looks like it rotates in every position.2013 malibu won't defrost. My defrost won't blow out the defrost vents. The heat works and all but the vents don't blow air. It comes out the other vents. I read about the blend doors or whatever. They said listen for a motor when you switch options.
